Confirm that the management system is implemented and that technical records are available.<\/p><ul><li>Define the requested scope of accreditation.<\/li><li>Complete internal audits and management review.<\/li><li>Collect method, equipment, personnel, and quality control records.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Step 2: Apply and assess<\/h2><p>Submit the application and supporting documents. IACA reviews the information, plans the assessment, conducts assessment activities, and reports findings.<\/p><ul><li>Submit application and supporting records.<\/li><li>Participate in document review, interviews, and witnessed activities.<\/li><li>Receive and review the assessment report.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Step 3: Correct and maintain<\/h2><p>Respond to findings with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
